  I spoke with representatives (*** and ****) on Tuesday after seeing a very Legitimate looking ******** Ad that seemed to advocate for this group. I listened to their pitch. They offered me a great deal because my rural area does not have any other Life Coaches in my area. So I was considered a "Red Zone" for them to target for marketing. My funds were low in my CC so I could not make the purchase that day but they had my information. ( I did not think companies were supposed to retain CC information?) We agreed to talk again on Thursday, which is today. I received two calls this am from "robo" numbers in my area code. No message was left so I ignored them. Within, 30 minutes of the second call I was notified that my CC had been charged by this company. I called my bank to have the pending charge stopped and they said they couldn't. So I called the number on the bank charge. When I called, my heart sank because the caller ID popped up as "Level 9 Marketing, LLC". Not, "Approved Providers Network"! To shorten this story, the operator gave me to the salesman I spoke to "***". Once I could get a word in I told him I expected to have a conversation BEFORE my card was charged and I was rescinding my interest in this package. After ten minutes of back and forth, me getting short and telling him to just tell me the process for a refund. He told me "That ***** his boss was off for a family emergency and "*****" would handle this by end of the day, and the refund should be in tonight since it occurred today. Then he hastily ended the call before I could ask for an email verification of the funds being refunded. I am not too hopeful and I'm counting this as a ****** learned, to trust that little voice that said, "don't do this".

  Complaints for Approved Providers Network Received a call on August 15, 2022. The company told me all about how wonderful their voice-activated service was. They were offering a ONE-time fee of $698, then they said I could have a Friends and family discount after the sales rep put me on the phone with their manager. They now offered me the Pro for $325, however, I had to Pay at that Moment to get the discount. I was driving and told them I would reach out when I got home. After further research that the company is in the business of being pushy and not transparent, I decided not to move forward. I responded to an email that I was not going to move forward. I then received several emails, 6 texts, and 6 phone calls from the salesman and the manager. I had to block them. BUYER BEWARE! ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN E DOCO SIGN and pushes for payment NOW BEWARE! If it is too good to be true well then usually its a scam!
