    If you ever need assistance ***************************** is the bomb, meaning unbelievably service oriented. She spent 57 minutes going over a multitude of questions and concerns that I had about our account (as we have been with them since March 2022) and provided detailed explanations in a succinct and simplified fashion so I could better comprehend and understand. She was thorough and extremely patient although I am a very intelligent business person and somewhat techy, more of a creator of ideas and concepts, she was one of the best customer reps that I have ever dealt with in 52 years of being in business. More companies could learn from such an amazing individual as her.
