I have a 2019 ******** **** GLC 63 that I had Weistec Engineering performance parts installed at an automotive shop called ********** in ******************* from April to June 2021. After a couple of days of getting the car back the check engine light came on and the car started running rough. I had the car towed back to ********** July 19 2021, and they kept the car till September and couldn't get the problem resolved. ****** at ********** suggested we ship the car to Weistec in *********** who developed and manufactured the parts, and that they would be able to develop the parts necessary to get the car back up running properly again. I was told by ****** from ********** that this process would likely take a couple of months, so I agreed to have the car shipped to Weistec Engineering in *********** and the car was shipped to them on September 29 2021. I reached out to ****** in November for an update and was told that there would be some delays so most likely would take another couple of months to have the car completed. In January 2022 I called Weistec Engineering directly to get an update and spoke with **** who told me there would be further delays and that the car would only be ready around end of April or June. This deadline was again missed, and I was then told the car would be completed end of July 2022. This completion deadline was also missed and **** at Weistec now gave me a new completion deadline of end of August or very early September for the car to be completed. Latest update from **** at Weistec September 13 2022, is that the person working on the vehicle is out sick so again the vehicle will not be completed on the latest deadline that they set. At the end of this month of September 2022 it will complete 1 year that Weistec has had my vehicle for with one excuse after the other being produced for not having the vehicle ready and consistently missing their own completion deadlines. They have had more than enough time to have this vehicle completed.
