      Extremely poor follow up and reliability. They assigned a moving team that was late by several days, clearly inexperienced and combative with us upon arrival. The pricing was high, items were broken (we will still be making a claim or two). Sad that the business communication began with my father who was attempting to do a great thing remotely from ******; he trusted this organization and the ownership. They violated that trust in how they handled and how they failed to follow up.

      Driver ***** was excellent. DO NOT trust ***** the estimator. He will tell you whatever to get the contract sign. I showed him a laser engraving machine I had. Showed the crating material for it and ensured me it would be loaded onto the truck without the need of a forklift. When the loaders arrived they told me I had to rent the forklift. At the tune of an additional $1,200 Alex ********************** and Storage would not compensate additional fee I incurred even though ***** stated it would not be needed. So after paying over $30,000, I had the additional fee of $1,200. Communication with the office, Yumma, was unprofessional. Stated she would call me back and after a week, no return call. Spoke to ******* who stated she would call back that afternoon, no return call.Should have gone with the lesser company that told me they would have a forklift at the load and unload. Sad thing is I told ***** this and he again ensured me a forklift was not needed.Needless to say, we did have some damaged property so now filing that claim. Can't say I am confident in that process but will see.
