  This apartment complex has a manager that harassed me several times. One she will call you several times on the first of the month and come bang on your door asking for the rent, she serves 3 day notice on the first of the month. She has blamed my dead dog for pooping all over the property even though I explained to her that my dog did do it cause she has passed away months ago but she did care, she is a very mean person. She has changed the laundry room key several times with our notice. She hired a tow truck company to tow away our cars for no reason. This is not what you want out of the apartment complex. On the 7th apartments in upland CA is the worst.They have roaches, mice they don't replace any thing no safety here no cameras to protect your car , no security either if you want better don't live here

  The company has become incredibly demanding of staff with very little in return. Theyve taken away the fully compensated apartment benefit, and now we only receive a 20% discount. The raises we were given end up going back to the company, essentially cancelling them out. The president frequently makes inappropriate jokes about firing employees during seminars and often comes off as ***************** regional manager, who was recently promoted, is rumored to be involved with the *** and their behavior and body language make it obvious. She is unprofessional, constantly making inappropriate jokes about people needing some and speaking poorly about subordinates to others. It's an extremely toxic environment. Employees who display bad behavior are rewarded with raises, while those who work hard are burdened with even more ******************* used to be a great place to work, but it's slowly turning into a very negative and unhealthy environment.

  If i could give zero stars i would.Worst management I have ever dealt with & when I share the stories, everyone is in agreement that it is horrible. **************** Apartments.We had a leak in our apartment that turned into a flood due to apartment negligence. Got put into a hotel & dealt with little to no information & constant stress from leasing office. There was a man arrested for having an entire arsenal in his apartment & the police found out he was renting TWO units here under different names but SAME picture. Absolutely stupid and DANGEROUS. They must not do background checks. Rat in apartment & little to no response from the apartments for assistance. Apparently now they cannot respond to ANY emails or ANY voicemails without first having them screened by a Regional manager. Why even have the current management team them if they cant do their jobs correctly? I am constantly wishing we could get out of these apartments but we are stuck here for now. Renters BEWARE. I do NOT recommend moving here. There are problems at every turn.

  Absolutely horrible. Will not work with you on a payment plan if you're sick for one month despite being on time throughout your lease. Privileged employees will call police on residents the second they don't want to verbally discuss the repercussions of their actions and lack of help in their apartment complex. This is about El Sereno.
