******* ***** ************************************************************************ ********************** ************ 02/04/2025 Residences at ******** ******************************************* Dear Two Coast Living,Subject: Non-Renewal of Lease Due to Landlord Retaliation for Repairs I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally address the non-renewal of my lease at **************************************************** which I believe is a retaliatory action by the landlord due to my requests for necessary repairs. Over the course of about a year and a half, I spoke with Property Manager **** and various leasing agents about my flooring because when I moved in, the flooring was laid over an uneven subfloor, which caused the flooring to bubble. Property Manager **** advised that she would review with corporate and get back to me. The flooring was never replaced, and work orders were opened but closed. So, on 02/08/2024, after noticing the flooring getting worse and concerned about it being a hazard, I went into the office to speak with ****** because this was an issue that she also said she had submitted a ticket for. ****** was not available that day or was no longer with the company, so I had to speak with a new Property Manager, ******** ****. I explained my flooring situation to him, and he was very disrespectful; he advised me that the company would not do anything about my flooring. He explained that whoever had informed me of this prior was wrong while yelling. I could not believe what had happened to me. Being a tenant here at Residences of ******** since 2017, I have dealt with many different people at your company, but I have never had anyone disrespect me in this way. ****Full letter attached***
