    In Feb of 2020 I entered into a contract so I thought which would pay off my student loans. Yet my loan balance never decreased.

    This Company is scamming a lot of people, they took advantage of the people, don't signup to this student loan debt the money we are paying is just for their own benefits! your debt will now gonna pay! there is a lot interest and this is located at *********** not in ***, their managers is at *************** and her name is ***************************

    Ms ************************* is a fake consumer, that information that was submitted to the BBB is fraudulent, The BBB needs to do proper investigation when allowing consumers submitt false reviews/complaints. We have taken legal action

    I was told, that I would be given a settlement of my school loans, and they would be paid off once I paid. It was ****** a month for the first 12 months then ***** a month for ******************************************************* full.

    The company lied and said they spoke with my loan servicer,****** which that hadn't I paid them for over a year and ****** was my case rep,they are scamming people out of money I thought they were putting the money twords my student loan owing,but not one dollar. ****** told me they don't even deal with third party. I need a refund asap,you guys have blocked my number when I began to ask questions and told me I would never get my money back! I have emails and phone numbers stating billing.

    Back on Sept 8, 2022 *************** find a complaint, we have already addresses the issue and we have explained to *************** what services have been completed  several times in the past few years, If *************** wants to address those concerns she can reach customer service. 

    *************** signed up on November 19, 2020 and was on a standard repayment program with lender 

    Customer Service spoke to *************** on 03/12/2021 and answered all questions  again she called on 03/31/2021 wanting everything to be explained to her, concerns have been addressed

    *************** reach out again on 06/7/2021 with the same questions we have answered beforehand

    Again she reach out on 08/26/2022 we tried to reach out got no answer

    Back on 09/2/2022 she reached out to customer service with questions and requested to cancel, we did issue a email stating a decision 

    The program has been explained to *************** several times and during those conversations she seemed to answer

    This company was collecting money from me for all of last yr in the amount of ****** every month to consolidation my student loans and this never happened! They were a scam!

Please remove and not sure why the BBB would allow a consumer to place a false complaint/review under the wrong company please reach out to Liberty Document Support at ************ that is the information on the document you sent over, Thank you

    Keep receiving unsolicited calls from Liberty Document Processing (6 or more calls a day). Ive asked multiple times to be removed from list. Also have found multiple scam reports online about them. Ive blocked their numbers but their auto dialed keeps producing new number to call me from. Numbers all start with 657 area code .. some example numbers : *****************, ***************** and countless others
