      over 50% of the tiles received were broken, awful customer service. will not purchase again!

      Pricing was good on sale but their customer service is horrendous. They leave the tiles in the street or "curb-side" and charge you extra on their website if you don't have your own forklift -- which, even if you did, the trucking company would never let you on their truck to unload the materials -- so it's a forced charge. When you call to ask about it, their customer service agent is combative and will only transfer you to the shipping company. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. Such an awful experience! Also, several tiles came broken but that was the shipping company's fault.

      BedrosianThe WORST tile and flooring store we have ever encountered. Do not buy from ********* for your project. My wife and I remodeled our bathroom. We purchased about 25 slabs of 48 X 48 of porcelain tiles from *********. When we received them, there were several broken pieces. We had ordered more than we thought we need, thinking that its its better to have more materials than running short during the project.After finishing the the project, we have about 7 pieces extra including the broken pieces. We requested ********* for a return but they refused to accept the return. We had dealt with other tiles and flooring companies, they are gladly except the extra that we had to order because they know that everyone is more likely to order extra rather than being short.Some of the people at ********* are even very rude when you trying to arrange for a request for return. One of them even suggested that we put it on Offer-up, to see if someone wanted to purchase it How ridiculous is this. This is absolutely the worst business model that ********* has, especially for project and materials like tiles and flooring.
