    We bought an Olympus Pro 10'x 17' Trampoline heavy duty combo in 2017. They offer a "lifetime warranty." First of all our frame broke and when we reached out to them about getting a replacement they said it doesn't qualify for the lifetime warranty. Then we got a hole in the trampoline mat. Again reached out to them and they said the mat isnt covered in the warranty either. The original trampoline was $2,199. We had to buy another trampoline which was an additional $2199. We also have to buy an additional mat which is another $300. Trampoline jumpers.com has the worst customer service. They seem irritated and rude on the phone. They do not respond to emails at all. The most pressing issue with this company is that they state they have a lifetime warranty on all their trampolines. This is a lie. They do not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
