      Timeline of Events:August 8, 2024: Ordered the Dual Ride-Up SRL Retrofit Kit for Kendon Dual Trailers. The website stated a processing and shipping time of 23 weeks.November 8, 2024: Product shipped.November 14, 2024: Product delivered.December 8, 2024: Reported missing parts and defects to the company.January 22, 2025: Replacement products have still not been delivered.The company has failed to deliver the product as advertised on their website. I am requesting the missing or defective parts to be shipped immediately and a substantial discount due to the excessive delays and failure to provide the product as described.       On June 19, 2021, I placed an order with Kendon Industries for a trailer and retrofit kit, totaling $4,173.95, as a gift for my father. Kendon's website indicated that due to COVID-19-related supply chain disruptions, shipping delays of 8 to 12 months were anticipated for these items. Despite this extended timeframe, I have yet to receive the ordered products.I have made multiple attempts to contact Kendon Industries via email and phone regarding this unresolved issue. While I have been assured of reimbursement on several occasions, I have not received any compensation.

      KENDON INDUSTRIES HAS FILLED FOR BANKRUPTCY AS WE RECEIVED THEIR COURT DOCUMENTS ON 9/12/24. THE CUSTOMER RACKED UP ABOUT $10K WITH US AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE WILL NOT SEE A ***** OF THIS WHICH IS UNFORTUNATE.

      Purchased a trailer from Kendon. They were unable to complete assembly and shipping by Aug 2 as stated on the sales order. Requested a cancellation and refund. Sales associate told me the refund was issued however, no refund has been issued and they no longer reply to emails or answer phone calls from me.

      I purchased a stand up dual ride motorcycle trailer last December 2023. The trailer arrived with damage from shipping and from pre shipping in January of 2024. I understood that when I accepted the trailer from the shipping company that it was to be inspected however most of the damage was revealed after unwrapping and unloading. The damage on the trailer was minimal upon delivery compared to how poorly the finish stood up to a road trip. The trailer finish on, nearly all, if not all forward facing surfaces was significantly damaged leading to premature rust. I am wondering if this is something that is typical for kendon products. I have towed before and never had the finish on a product fall apart the way this one has. I am at a loss on how a brand new trailer could fall apart so rapidly on a single trip. I have photos of the trailer damaged right after unwrapping and after the road trip as well. I am concerned at the rust problem on a brand-new trailer. The motorcycle being towed, objects being towed, and vehicle towing the trailer did not have damages. The trailer was washed at the end of the road trip and this damage was revealed. The road trip started January 19th, and the road trip end date was January 25th. Kendon advised that I must have driven through something corrosive, however, I was on a road trip on highways and this damage was observed just 6 days later and was washed and cleaned to reveal the extent of the damage. I do understand as a trailer that damage is expected with highway use however the extent of the damage to the brand new trailer does not correspond as no items on or around the trailer was damaged.

      I recently purchase a new motorcycle trailer from this company, and received it from a freight shipper. The trailer must be titled in my state of residence, and this requires the title be signed and notarized by the seller. Kendon did send a manufacturers certificate of origin as well as a notarized ********** acknowledgement. I attempted to use these documents to register the vehicle, and was informed that the *********************, where I live, will not accept this form. I contacted Kendon and spoke to the manager. I explained that I needed them to sign and notarize the Certificate of Origin itself. She refused to do so, and bluntly stated that this is how ********** does things. I informed her that I would need to return the trailer if the company refused to provide the necessary documentation. She further stated that any such return would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. I request the company provide the correct required documentation, or provide a full refund for the unit. This could be as simple as signing and notarizing the ****
