Date of transaction: 6/2/23 Amount Paid: $300.00 The business committed to removal of a tree *****.Nature of dispute: damage caused by their negligence/service I called the business to try and resolve the issue and they refused. On 6/1/23 I called to get an estimate on a tree ***** removal the owner/manager completed the estimate and checked the area, we decided to hire them. The following day a worker was sent out to remove the *****. When he left I realized my power was off. I managed to get the power back to my house by "throwing" the main circuit breaker. My pool started turning green and my pool company told me my pool equipment had no electricity. On 7/3/23 my pool company told me there was the electrical issue and it was related to the wiring and not my pool equipment. Today 7/18/23 my pool company was able to come back out to locate the issue. They knew the tree ***** had been removed and since that day the pool started to have issues. This determined the starting point of their diagnosis. There was a mound of dirt/mulch where the ***** was located, when the mound of dirt was removed/exposed electrical wires as well as roots left from the ***** became visible. The wires were completely severed and determined we had to replace wiring. I contacted the company and the owner/manager told me he would not come out and he is not liable for underground work. I asked him how that could be possible when the ***** was underground. He continued to yell, argue, and over talk me. My workers explained to me that it was impossible for the worker to have not noticed the once colored wires were now completely black from catching fire. They explained to me that smoke was definitely visible and we were lucky there wasn't an explosion/fire and the only reason that there wasn't was because of the safety features on the circuit breaker, which saved the workers life. I just want the business to reimburse us for the electrical work we had to get done because of their negligence.

JM Tree Service came to cut down a tree in the next door neighbor's yard and they not only walked around and opened our locked gate and illegally entered our yard, but they proceeded to cut down one of our own trees 18 feet from the fence inside our yard, break a sprinkler, leave tons of debris, and break the fence by standing on top of it. When they walked out of our yard, they left the gate wide open and endangered the safety of our dog and home. When I called them about the incident, they told me they never entered my yard. When I told them I have video security footage from 3 different cameras showing they illegally trespassed, the owner told me to go f*** off.

This morning coming out of my house. I saw the company Jose Martinez tree service truck completely blocking our way out. I notice the truck being close to my car. I notice the ***** chips have fallen straight onto my cars trunk and windshield. There's a bunch of thin small scratches on the trunk and on the roof. I called the company to let the owner know but instead of finding a resolution to the problem the owner ******************************* ask if we want to meet (as if he wanted to fight me) I told him why would he want to meet? I'm just asking to move the truck and be responsible for the scratches.
