Custom Orders
- Custom-manufactured orders cannot be returned once approved by the customer. Approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted all product details.
Return & Exchange Requests
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns can be made in-store or by mail for your convenience.
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is not required for returns.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your order has a defect or manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- To report an issue, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with a description and supporting photos.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective stock item returns.

- All items must be in their original condition and packaging—unused, unworn, and unaltered.
