    I ordered four umbrellas and the business states they are under a lifetime warranty if they ever fade or break to just send pictures they will replace. No one is there now and I have a broken umbrella the pole not due to human accident and all the canaps are faded

    I ordered an umbrella from them during summer of 2021. I did not use it until summer 2022 when I noticed immediately that the umbrella was broken (specifically it had a tilt mechanism that was broken so that the umbrella was always tilted and would not stand straight up). The website says there is a lifetime guarantee, so I emailed them for a replacement. I never heard back, so I tried their online form. Then I chatted with a customer service rep who said I should email them again and confirmed the email address I had previously used and assured me I would receive a response in 24 hours. I have since emailed 3 more times and have never heard back. I would like a replacement umbrella or refund of my money.

    I bought a patio umbrella from this company a few years back and reached out to them when the umbrella pole got damaged. They mentioned that the umbrella has a lifetime guarantee and will replace it if I pay a $40 shipping fee which I did on the 16th of June 2022. I received an order number ********* and a shipping number *********. In spite of numerous calls, emails and voice messages left, I still have not received the replacement umbrella or a refund. This must be considered unethical if not, illegal business practice.
