    Ordered on 7/30/2024 and today is 8/13/2024 still no package! I tried emailing asking for my money back they said 15 days well its past that and emailed them again no response!! I want refund

    I believed I had replied to this complaint but upon looking it up online, I see that it 
    does not show a record of response. I do apologize about that but in reference to the
    complaint, when the customer contacted our team about the missing package, we 
    advised that due to shipping delays we would have to wait for an updated time 
    stamp on tracking to be able to process the customer's request. The package then later showed movement and was eventually delivered to the customer. Please see
    the attached file proving that her package was delivered. Also, the customer 
    returned to us and placed another order the following month. Please let me know if 
    there is anything else I can provide to show good standing with the customer and 
    again my apologies for the delay.

    Received damaged package, with damaged product. I purchased the package protection and emailed them the day I received the package they responded that they will send it to the team that handles this kind of problem, have not heard back from anyone. I emailed them numerous times they have not responded.

    I placed an order on 1/29/24 and emailed them 30 minutes later to cancel the order. They do not have a phone number and the listed phone number for credit card payments is disconnected. I sent another email that day asking for cancellation confirmation. I sent another one 1/30 6am saying the address was incorrect and again to cancel the order. They responded 1/30 7pm refusing to cancel the order and to contact **** once the package is with them without providing any tracking number. I responded on 1/31 6am, 2/1 11am, 2/2 10am, 2/3 8am to cancel the order. They emailed me the tracking number on 2/5 showing it was delivered on 2/2. They responded the same day on 2/9, but chose to wait almost two days to my original email about cancellation.

    I ordered 2 packs of 2 in a pack of Twist juice Purple no1. But received Tiwst juice ***** medly lemonade. I have tried calling and emailing. I was told I need to ship them back at my expense and then once they received them they would ship out the correct order with once again shipping at my expense

    I order four ***** 30ml salt nicotine juice bottles. Within minutes of singing for the package and opening I emailed Flawless vape shops customer service to inform them all four bottles were cracked and broken. Inside of the white shipping bag was a puddle of nicotine juice. The package was insured for $100.00. My purchase amount was half of that. They're refused to refund or replace. They're going to keep my purchase amount and receive the $100 in shipping insurance.
