    On Feb 21, 2023 I ordered CBD gummies from We r CBD online store. I have been a customer for a few years and had no issues. I kept looking for my order #***** ( or it may have been 16057-not sure) but it kept showing as unfulfilled although the money was deducted from my bank account at ****** Bank and Trust transaction-**** DJK6HZCU in the amount of $54.99. After about a month of not getting my product I began calling the number listed on their contact info on the website-************. A female kept answering and when I explained the situation, she stated someone would get back to me. I made this same call at least a dozen and a half times and spoke to the same person and got the same answer, but no one ever returned my call. Another month went by and when I called again there was only a voicemail on the number. I advised that I wanted either my product or a refund to my card. I also contacted this company on the website by emailing their customer support email at ************************************* and also called the customer support line at ************. I never got a response from this company. I tried the chat option as well and no response. it is now going on 4 months since my order and I never got a response or a refund or product. The website is still up and allows you to put product in a cart so I assume they are still in business but no one has responded to any of my outreaches. I am only asking for my product or my money back, but all I get is a voicemail. I'm very disappointed in how this is being handled as I had been a satisfied customer for several years and referred friends and family to them.

    May 24 2022 Ordered 4x 1,000 mg peach rings and 2x 3 grams isolate total bill $371.81 Never shipped or arrived. Company does not respond to calls, email, online chat requests at all.

    Company charged my card and never sent the products. Many other people also placed orders and have not received their products. No response from anyone at the company via phone, email or returning voicemails. This company stole from their customers!

    3/20/2023 order #***** paid $219.96 no product ship. 5/10/2023 order ***** paid $109.05 no product shipped. Have tried to cancel order. Because I have not received product. I have emailed and called and tried there chat feature. Got no response but 10% discount.

    Order was placed on 3/18/2023.Amount after coupon discounts was $101.22 Order on website states it is "In fullfillment"Am a previous and regular customer of **********************. I have called each of the phone numbers listed on their website. The main one is no longer an active number *************). The 866 number goes to voicemail. Their chat feature is unmonitored, no response and am waiting for an email response.If no longer in business, I will contact my credit card company for a reversal of charges, but I can't seem to get answers and see no other user postings or complaints, but this is not normal for this company to have such a delay in shipment or response. Prefer delivery of product vs. refund.Regards,***********************

    On February 12, 2023 I placed an order for gummies. The total for Order #***** was $59.24. The money was withdrawn from my account on February 13, 2023. Their shipping policy states that free shipping orders are sent out within 3-5 days. I received an email stating I would get shipping information. I never did. I have sent 4 emails over the past 3 weeks asking for shipping information but received no reply. I called the phone number listed above and had to leave voicemail messages. No reply. I found another number ************, and called twice. My information was taken and I was told **** would call me back. I never received a callback. My last 2 emails requested a refund but I have not received one as of March 11, 2023.The lack of customer service is very frustrating.Thank you for your help with this matter.**************************
