    This place is shady. They took advantage of my senior mother and added a whole bunch of additional fees without explaining that their "good customer service" would end up costing her more. She also bought the car cash and they didn't give her lower price. They saw money and took advantage.When they delivered her vehicle, they didn't deliver the wheelchair straps needed and then refused to mail them to her. When her son went to pick them up they yelled at him and called him stupid for not knowing what strap model- they didn't even bother looking it up themselves through their sales records. Some time later I went to go pick up the straps and the owner treated me like s*** too. He yelled at me that I needed to come in the vehicle that was purchased in order to pick up the straps. Made no sense. Don't buy from here. They are shady and will cheat the government and you on necessary medical equipment.

    December 2024 Our Family is so very happy with Aero Mobility in ******* We live about 24 miles away from their ******************** Their lot is clean & gorgeous. Every Vehicle we looked at was perfectly maintained. They have a beautiful ******************* of many ********** Handicap ************* I had contacted **** on the phone prior to going out there.I had been looking online for what we were interested in seeing so I would be *********** was Thanksgiving week so I asked **** if I could come out the following Monday and look around. **** the General Manager was Fantastic. He is Honest knowledgeable & he answered all the many questions I had since this was the first time we had ever shopped for a Mobility Handicap Van. Our family has been lifting a wheelchair by hand for over 30+years in the back of our *********** to transport my Disabled brother ** *************** are now both using a ****** as well. It's definitely time to break down & buy one. We are truly blessed to have found Aero Mobilty. We looked at one other ********* can not say that they are competitors. No comparison,AERO MOBILITY is the Best !!!The President *****, the Office Ladies, the Technicians in the back. Each person we met said Hello with a smile. Our Family has now found a place of business that we can trust with all our needs. They have many different types of items, Scooters, Wheelchairs, Shoes Vehicle's all based around helping people who have limits or Disabilities.Thank you again **** for your hard *************** in finding us the perfect Handicap Van for our Family.
