    I ordered from them in November 2025 and they said they would send my order within a week. After following up numerous times and being lied to - they did not send my order. Finally on Feb 24 2025 I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They agreed and sent me an email that said my order was cancelled but not refunded yet but will be shortly. After calling 3 times and getting the run around they still have not refunded my order in the amount of $169.00 USD. Order 4164.

    I ordered 4 car rims from this company. They sent me the wrong ones. I followed all of their instructions to initiate a return and received no correspondence. After weeks of calling their customer service line, they finally sent me return labels. I sent back the items then followed up with an email showing that they had been successfully received at their warehouse. *** confirmed their warehouse received these items in early September. I've been following up with them over the phone, waiting for my refund. I have not received it. I ordered these items in July 2024 and its November. When I call, they direct me to the finance department which is conveniently on lunch or in a meeting. I've had to initiate a credit dispute to try and get my money back and it has affected me credit.

    I purchased a full set of ****** replica rims in February of 2024. I will say they are very nice, attractive rims. The issue I had with them could've been easily resolved. One of the center caps had busted before it was even installed (still not the issue). I contacted the company MULTIPLE times trying to get a replacement. I would have gladly paid for one or even a whole set of JUST THE CENTER CAPS. I never got a reply, ever. Email, chat, etc. I actually work at a ****** dealership. I ordered AT LEAST 15 center caps to try and fit these specific rims I ordered from them since I was getting an answer from the company. NO ***************** CAP FITS THESE REPLICAS. So, I ended up have to pop off a replica center cap, SEND IT TO *****, to get 3D printed. I have spend $$$$$ trying to find ones to fit these rims, then having to end of sending them away to get copied, and get extra incase this ever happens again because I know **** well the company isnt going to help out. Im sure a center cap seems unimportant, but when you drive a nice vehicle, and spend a lot of money on it, you want it to look COMPLETE, as silly as that sounds. I dont want all my money back, even a PARTIAL refund would work for me.

    I purchased a set of rims from this company September 2023. 8 weeks ago, I called to have a replacement rim due to one of the rims having a huge hole through it, per the rim repair they have never seen that happen to a rim. I keep being told the rims are out of stock and will be restocked in 4 weeks. I have asked to speak to management and was informed theres no manager available and nothing can be done. I have had to purchase an entire new set of rims due to their negligence and lack of care. I was hung up on by the only employee that answers them phone, when I post ****** reviews they are removed. I have actively called and left voicemails, requested a supervisor and the issue still remains unresolved.

    I ordered a set of rims for my vehicle on 6/13/2024 (order #****). The website states they will ship within 1-2 business days. After (6) days go by and I do not get a shipping confirmation, I call the company. They tell me they are out of stock and do not know when they would come in. Other rims are on their site with an out-of-stock banner on them, however these did not. They offered me the same rims but a different offset. I told them I would think about it and call them back. I decided not to do that because it effects the geometry of the car and asked for a refund. The rep tells me it has to get approved by the refund committee. I can't make this stuff up. I have yet to get a response and they have had my money for (9) days. I want a refund of $1049 which was the total of my order.
