    I came in to the shop after speaking with them on the phone to place an order on 04/04/2023 and paid it in full that day then on 04/10/2023 I called in to check where my order was because I still had heard nothing from them only to find they took my money and never ordered my parts at this time they said they would order it and have it here by the end of the week on 04/17/2023 I called in to check agin after not hearing from them all week agin and they said that they had it in so I drove agin an hour to pick it up and they had only ordered part of it and once agin never ordered all the stuff I paid for ( all parts I need to be able to put my stuff together) as it was supposed to come with one s**** and I ordered a second one to put it together so I asked for a refund and then they now tell me they will have to charge me a **************************************************** its theirs fault for not doing their job in the first place I also have my receipt and call logs every time I have spoken to them I have now been waiting three weeks I also had to pay the shipping/ freight fee for it to be shipped to their business I was never even told untill now they if I wanted a refund they would charge me for it as well
