      In August 2023 ************************* charged me $400 plus another $400 to help me and my son-in-law do paperwork for child custody. The very first day that we had things to do ***** was *** until two hours before the deadline. He initially promised me that he would be available by phone morning noon and night, and that he would not turn our paperwork in last second. Seeing that of course that was what he was going to do, I did all of it. all he had to do is copy paste it and submit it electronically to the courts. The documents were late and had to be resubmitted over and over because he did not know what he was doing. The second deadline that came around he was equally gone. I actually thought he might be mad at me so I apologize even trying to get things back on track. He was still ***, did not return messages, and I had to track him down and called him over and over and over. I even offered to help get things in for his deadline and he did not even offer so much as an apology. The last deadline we werent sure if he actually submitted the documents or not because he has completely disappeared since then. His office has closedAnd he has no local address I will not return any of his phone calls.

      I used Action Document Preparation Services in ******* **, ***** was my preparer. The documents I paid him $400 to fill out and file we're incorrect. The document for temporary guardianship of my ex husbands daughter, we're incorrectly filled out. On top of the court petition. I called and asked him to correct the documents but he refused. I asked him to give my money back since he did not fill them out correctly. He said no. I clearly attempted to deal with this privately but ***** put me in a situation that lead to this.
