    I order a body kit for a ******* from them. The package came damaged. Sent them pictures and video of the damages. This started on 4/10/2025. As of 6/06/2025 they stopped replying to return the damaged items. They offered $500 off but the damage was more than $500 to the $2964 body kit. I asked if they would send a replacement kit. Refund this kit or return it. They do not have a working phone.

    All of our customers are advised at the time of purchase to make sure to check package content on delivery for damage. There was no damage noted as confirmed by the shipper. From my understanding the issue is not with damage / fitment but with quality as per customer's email " I bought the assuming I would be able to prime them and paint them. These need a lot of work to have straight body lines and extra resin cleaned up." All body kit components are hand made and they are not advertised as a finished product but a mold that needs to be prepped , sanded , primed, etc. This is disclosed through our website as well as any communication. We do have a phone number 800 419 1152.  We were in the process of switching our phone system provider and customer is correct that it was down at the time of order. Even so we offered to help with the normal "prep" work by offering up to $500 towards professional shop. Body kits are not made to be plug and play. They are not advertised to be plug and play. They are advertised as to be installed by professional shop with proper experience. All of this is disclosed before and at the time of sale multiple times.     I ordered sway bars for my sons vehicle, as his car is at a shop waiting to be fixed. My account has been charged for the parts, but I cannot get a hold of anyone via phone or email to expedite my order or overnight these parts. At this point Id like someone to cancel my order and give my money back. Please help!

    The customer emailed us on Friday, July 19, at 9:19am Pacific Time asking if it was possible to expedite shipping.

    Then at 1:10pm that same day, he sent us another message saying that he was at a loss because emails go unanswered.  To my mind, failing to get an email response from a company in less than 4 hours is not a reason to report them to the Better Business Bureau. 

    Our company is not equipped to cater to people looking for overnight or expedited shipping, and we don't claim to be.

    Either way, we replied shortly thereafter letting the customer know we would not be able to fill his order in the time frame he wanted, and informing him that we voided the charge, thereby effecting refunding him.  The customer has been refunded in full.

    Last year I paid $1600 for a custom hood for my car. After waiting several months it was clear that the vendor for ****'s was not able to deliver. Both myself and the owner decided I would pay an extra $500 for a different custom hood. This second hood also failed to materialize. I was given a refund for the $500 promptly but still have not received the $1600 for the original deposit. We have been in touch via text but after several months of no response, I decided to contact BBB to see if I can resolve this.

    I looked in our system for orders under that name and email address, and I only see one.  It's for a Carbon Creations Eros Version ****** (part number ****** for a Porsche) and hood pins.  The total for the order was $1,256.82.  It's order number 586332.

    That order was placed on December 29, 2020.  It was then refunded in full for $1,256.82 on April 21, 2021.

    If this is the same order the customer is referring to, this was already refunded almost two years ago.  If it is a different order, can the customer provide the order number?  It would be in the email confirmation that was sent.
