On the Feb of 25,2023 I dropped of my 2008 *** 328 to get an oil leak fixed and my check engine off reset and new battery reset . However the car was not finished on Friday like promised so they said they will keep it untill Monday I Monday I was told the car is finished ready to go . I arrived to get the car to find out I was charged extra fees which didn't make sense like $170 for a new belt which he said is 2.5hours labor(not true because I installed a new alternator and belt a week prior and it took 5min to put on. So the bill was for 794$ I payed them 650$ cash the rest I payed from my acc which he didn't accept because his bank couldn't accept it so he wouldn't give me the receipt untill I payed the remainder next day. However when I drove the car home I realized after arriving home that my alternator was switched out for a cheap knock off instead of oem Bosch that I installed myself and have a receipt purchasing a week before and oil was leaking still and car was actually worse. So I took it to dealer for inspection which I have on video showing oil leaks from valve cover and oil Pan and a shock was leaking too now. So instead of fixing my car he switched out original parts for cheap generic defective ones and charged me a 800$ fee which 650$ cash was paid and then refused to perform service when I arrived back at shop. First told me he will fix it in a text message then told me to leave when I confronted about alternator and that he won't perform service no more. Have texts messages to prove it. I want my full refund of the 650$ I payed and $for the original alternator they stole and the shock they switched out also. A shock was quoted $1900 at dealership and alternator is $800 thank u
