    Called our business and asked for something concerning concrete, but just kept repeating the word I didn't understand; he was on speaker phone and possibly driving, and hung up when I clarified what our business does (which is NOT concrete), without even a thank you or goodbye. You'd think having a business and calling from said business's googleable phone number he'd be more polite.

    I would give him zero stars if possible. This guy is extremely rude starting with the phone call. Our property management is the one who had him come out, not us. I don't know how is still getting work. He comes unprepared when it comes to tools. He talks down to you and demands you do the things he ask (which is part of the job he came to fix). My husband is not one who gets mad or yells and he had to tell him the get out, the guy proceeded to ignore him and start digging at our mulch, our issue was a leaking window. When my husband said it again the guy acted like he was going to punch him.
