    Negotiated a price for canvas work to replace windows with specific plastic. He did not complete job on time. I picked up canvas in October, 2022. It was dark and I couldnt inspect the job. In December I went to install canvas only to find pieces missing, damage to canvas, sub standard work, holes in canvas, glue all over and cheap plastic used. Work done doesnt look professional at all, not clean, lines and cuts are not straight, glue all over. It looks very amateurish. I requested refund. No response. Yahoo reviews report many similar experiences. City reports he moved his business, received many complaints and has no license.
