    On 7-19-2022 Apple Valley Heating & Air Technician ****** quoted $725.00 and charged me $725.00 to complete the job. ****** committed to installing a new compressor and capacitors so the unit would work to cool the house down. My complaint is that ****** told me that the unit was working and that I needed to wait about an hour for the house to cool down. When he left the temperature was at 79 degrees and did not go below that. So I called him and he told me that in the summer it will not get below 79 degrees and I told him that is not true and he hung up on me. When I went in the backyard I noticed that there were wires sticking out of the top of the unit. So I called again and was told by ****** that everything was done properly and hung up on me. At this point I was angry and called him back asking for the owners phone number and he said the owner cannot be reached so I emailed the supposed owner named Ed and he informed me that ****** did the job right and did not have to come back to my home. The work is under warranty mind you. At this point I had no other option but to call another company to come out to fix the problem and had to pay as if the job was not done. The second company that came out had to replace the parts that were installed with the correct parts because the compressor and the capacitors were wrong causing the unit to overheat causing a potential fire hazard. The wires that were exposed were taken off and the wiring was done correct to code. The order form number is 13**63.
