      B**** (the owner) agreed to my pool construction in May 2022 to be completed in October 2022. The pool was not "complete" until March 2023. Throughout the process there was poor communication despite multiple attempts to receive time lines for different steps of construction. The pool they built is not the pool that was agreed upon in the contract with many design flaws. At one point there was no communication and workers would come and go as they pleased. In the contract it was stated that the company would remove and replace a gate. When it came time to replace the gate, I had to threaten court to get him to follow the contract. When the final step of the pool was complete, the verbal agreement for the company to do the start up of the pool did not happen which led to staining of the plaster. It is now 5 months later and the plaster remains stained and the company continues to avoid any attempt I make for them to amend this. They told me that if I did not make the final payment, they would put a lein on my home despite their work being faulty. Horrible company.
