    Units broken into. By multiple Clints. Office staff is 0. They say its your fault U got Robbed. ******** location is trash and invasion of mice.

    I rented a storage unit from self storage which was horrible. Mice ruined my stuff. I was going to move out and Devon self storage took over. The lead me to believe that they would do better with the rodent issue but did not!! Moved from inside unit to outside unit and not even 30 days mice ruined my stuff again!! Remind you this is the highest storage company in Ft ***** I went with them because all the other storages was full. Never had a problem with rodents at any other storage. Also the only way you can pay your bill is through them. Online service doesn't work or automatic service always says can't find rental. I called over the weekend to pay my storage before I incurred a collection fee. The associate said they close at 5pm I called at 4:30 to let him know I had to load money on card. Called back at 4:59 he was gone! They have no consideration for the customers now I'm ******* behind in rent with a ****** collection/ lein fee. Had the automatic service been working I would of never incurred these fees. I am out of work and just had surgery due to injury at work. Everybody seem to make it hard for the people that's trying to stay above water!! Thanks for nothing Devon self storage. I will be calling the board of health about your mouse issue.

    My roommate rented a storage at Devon Self Storage in ************ next to ***'s Restaurant. My roommate had an appointment so I got a friend a friend to go with me that had a truck. She wanted me to get out her winter clothes cause its so cold now. When we got into the storage, we hadnt even opened up the doors when the manager pulled up in her cart. She asked where my roommate was and I told her I dropped her off at an appointment. The manager told me I was not the tenant and had no right to be there. I told her she knew my roommate had given me the keys to go to the storage for her. The manager said she didnt care, that she wanted us off of HER STORAGE PROPERTY. I told the manager that she couldn't tell my roommate who could go to her storage and that we were only there to help out my roommate. The manager said, "I told you to get off MY PROPERTY". I told her to go to ****, that my roommate asked me to come to storage for her winter clothes. The manager went over to my car and wrote down the license plate. I told her she had no right to my license plate. The manager said, "YOU'RE TRESSPASSING AND I'M CALLING THE ****** About an hour later the cop called my cell phone and gave me a verbal warning that a report had been filed against me and I was TRESSPASSING ON THE STORAGE. If I go back on that property I WILL BE ARRESTED. I don't know what kind of ******** she told that cop but he was pretty rude to me. The manager knows that I pay the $300.00 rental fees every month with my BANK CARD. Now I cant even get into the storage. That women has a head trip about being the MANAGER of HER STORAGE PROPERTY. Don't ever rent there..

    This is an on going issue with this lady. She has been told only the tenant can be on the property as one of the tenants friends had broke into her unit. She has repeatedly been disrespectful she claims to be in charge of the tenants accounts our regional trainer has told us she needs to bring in power of attorney and has yet to do so. When I found this lady on the property with 2 other people not the tenant I asked them to leave as the tenant was not with them she then cussed at me and I explained the tenant has been told multiple times not to give her gate code or keys to anyone and she did not listen. She then proceeded to not leave i then told her I would call the police she said she was as well when i called the police they asked for her license plate which I gave it to them. The police read all notes in her account and then contacted this lady that she can no longer come here.
