    Secure Alarm System was our alarm company since 2001. We had very good relation with the company. In early 2023, we found that our alarm was not connected to the police department as it should. We started to call for service and left messages for many many times, for almost a year, no one return our phone calls. In February this year, we decided to replace another alarm company (Post Alarm), please refer Post Alarm invoice. We could spend less, if the old vendor responding our request. We want to get the credit of the billing, since there were no services last year and this year. And we found our payment of ********** 2023 was not posted to our account. Please refer to Secure Alarm statement and our check copy. We do not owe any balance.
