    On 8/8/2023, I paid $1,939.49 to Spectrum Mobile via Spectrum.com for a newly release ******* Galaxy Fold 5 and received the item on 8/9/2023. According to the Spectrum's policy, the phone can be unlocked after 60 days of Spectrum mobile service and should be paid in full. I did meet all the requirements and I contacted Spectrum service on 10/09/2023 to unlock the phone. I have obtained Unlock code via Email sent by a Spectrum Service Rep on 10/09/2023. However, the phone's never been unlocked since then. I've gone thru more than 12 hours of several phone calls by contacting the customer service and their upper management called, Tier 3 department to address this issue. It seems like my phone's IMEI number is stuck in their system (maybe glitched on their end). I have even been to their corporate office located in ******* CA, and the service **** ****** couldn't do much about unlocking it and he's been avoiding me after that. Long story short, I've contacted so many times and spent so much of my valuable time to resolve this issue, however, nobody from Spectrum mobile resolved this issue. I have been to ******* service center located in ********* ** 35 miles from where I live since Spectrum service rep told me the phone is defective. There's no problem with the phone according to *******. Now I am done with Spectrum ************** and the phone worth almost $2000 couldn't be unlocked and stuck with Spectrum forever. I basically wasted my money for nothing. Spectrum is very fishy about helping this problem by avoiding my calls and intentionally dropping my calls more than 5 times when I've been on hold for ***** minutes and making me I give up on this issue. Now all I can do is reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Please help me! Thank you so much for reading this.
