    I had ************** procedures at this location "La Bella". The results of this procedure were not existent. They had me open a care credit card ad charged $2,400 for the procedures. There were no results to this procedure after I was promised great results. It was like throwing away $2,400. I disputed this through care credit. I won the dispute and now La Bella is calling and and texting me threatening me that they are going to take me to small claims court if I do not pay them. They threatened to ruin my credit as well. I am being bullied by this company. I have never disputed anything else in my life, but this was a total scam. The promises they made were all lies just to get my money. I won the dispute and I do not think it is correct for them to be threatening me to sue me and ruin my credit. I have worked so hard to build it up.I feel like they are trying to intimidate me and scare me. I am so disappointed in the non existent results of this ************** procedure. It showed zero difference in my body. To me $2,400 is a large amount of money that was basically thrown in the trash. I want to know if they are allowed to bully me like this after I won the dispute through care credit. Like I said, I have never in my life disputed anything. This company took advantage of me and now they are bullying me and calling me frequently to get the money I won the dispute over. I need your help ***.

    This patient failed to follow treatment protocols to complete what was recommended to achieve optimal results. She received $1600 in treatments that she is responsible for paying. This patient filed a dispute***************** to get a refund for treatments she had received.************ failed to notify us of the dispute; therefore, we missed the window of providing supporting documents to prove that she received the treatments.************ granted her the refund by error. As a standard protocol, we will take the case to small claim court if the patient refuses to reconcile and pay for treatments received. However,************ granted us a full refund after reviewing our supporting documents, so no further action will be taken against this patient.
