    I'm writing because I have been a resident of the only Senior/Disabled Residential housing available in my area. My family was the first to move into the building when it was new, and for the most part we have nothing but good memories. The tenants are like family and all watch out for each other. The location is great. We have encountered a problem with one of the tenants and indecent exposure. This person has taken over our security system, changing the code at the entrance so that instead of a name and unit number, only his code allows entrance. Without going into too much gruesome detail, this person has drawn too much bad attention that leaves the vulnerable tenants in danger. Even though he was 86'd for violence, bloodshed, harassment, intimidation, theft of multiple expensive items that have allowed him backdoors into our accounts, he is still watching our every move on the surveillance system. The United Nation made a declaration over a decade ago about the criminality of using residential surveillance to spy on tenants without ever using the systems to protect them. This is exactly how our problems took root. Now we have "help" that is abusive toward the residents, who are helpless grandmas and disabled citizens. No one is taking seriously the threat to our health and safety. They have moved men into the building who don't care about the residents, are regularly abusive not only toward the people but also the actual property. There are now cracks going through the load bearing walls, floor, and ceiling. The earthquakes are enough of a challenge to deal with, but the man made disruptions are even more destructive. There has been such high voltage of alternating current running through my apartment that I have suffered burns on almost every part of my body, including the bottom of my feet until there is no skin left and I can not walk. The skin has burned off of my entire back twice, and my hair is completely burned. No one has done anything to make it safe.
