    have been a customer for years. this year (2024) was terrible. unreliable delivery time and price increase.

    I have used fly predators from Spading Labs for several years. This year, my first batch never hatched. Numerous attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I've called multiple times only to be on hold forever with nobody picking up. I responded to an email from them. It was kicked back. No idea what is going on with Spalding Labs this year but their customer service is nonexistent and their product is hit and miss at best.

    Spalding labs appears to have shut down or gone out of business without telling anyone and continues to take orders and payment. When I did not recieve my order, I tried contacting them via phone, email and Live Chat for 7 days in a row. I have recieved no response. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card and also stopped payment. Please help warn others to not sign up for orders and require them to take stop taking orders.
