    I called Domino's and placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza, 2 marinara sauces and stuffed cheesy bread. At 10:23, the Domino's tracker let me know it was done and it's being inspected. At 10:38 I called Domino's asking when my pizza will be here. He said they didn't have a driver then he let me know the driver just got there and will bring it. At 10:41 I received a text say Allen is on his way. 10:50 I receive another text that Allen has entered my neighborhood and my order will arrive shortly. At 11:31 p.m I received a text saying Allen is pulling up. I was in my living room, door bell rang. I opened it and my order was sitting on the ground and he had ran down the stairs and took off. The pizza and bread was ice cold. It went right in the trash. I called the next day at 2:10 p.m and explained to whoever answered what had happened the night before and asked to talk to a manager. She told me he was on a break and would be back in a few minutes. She informed me he would call me. At 2:51 p.m I called them back and told the manager what had transpired. He said he would put me down for a free pizza and bread and it will be under my phone number. He didn't even apologize for anything. July 13th at 7:37 p.m I called to get my free order. She placed me on hold. I was on hold for 11 minutes and hung up. 7:49 p.m I called back and he took my order then told me I had to pay for the delivery charge. I told him I paid for delivery last night and that food went right in the trash and I should not have to pay again for them screwing up the night before. He told me I have to pay or they won't place the order. This is not right!!! I refused to pay them again

    What I mean about Delivery is they should not charge me for the delivery for the remake of the order. I paid for delivery the night before when it took over an hour and half to get my order that went in the trash. That was on them. My order sat at domino's under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. They closed and it took another half hour to get to me. It's a 5 minute drive. 8 minutes at the most . So wherever my pizza , bread and sauce went for half hour, it turned up cold and nasty looking. Not 1 apology did I get
