the company called me and asked if i wanted a website set up for my book, '**********************************' i agreed and we proceeded to draw up a contract agreement whereby the company offered services along with the website creation to which i was charged $89 to my credit card. The contract agreement allows for the company to charge 2 more times to my credit card another $89 (for a total of $267). I tried to contact them via email several days ago. i emailed to ********* at brullen seeking the status of my website creation and whether they got started on it since it was about a week and i hadn't heard from the company regarding it. i tried to call them today at the number i was calling them with previously************** the number was busy. i then tried the phone numbers on the contract agreement and both were busy ******************************* i believe they are a fraudulent company who had no intention of fullfilling a website and services to me. since i cannot get in contact with them and their phone numbers are busy all of the time and they do not answer my emails, i would like my monies refunded and also, for them not to bill me 2 more times (to remove my credit card information from their files.
