I placed an order for headlights with the company SEALIGHT last Thursday May 15th. I used PayPal Express to check out. They had my old name and address in the system somehow.
I proceeded to call them directly right away and spoke with someone telling them the issue that I no longer reside at that address or even in that state anymore.
I gave the man on the phone my new address and he assured me that they would ship it to the correct address.
He said he would send me a confirmation email later that day. I never received the email so I called him back and I asked him if he had gotten the correct shipping address. I also wanted to make sure they were shipping it to the correct address. He assured me again that he would email me and that they had the correct address and they were to ship it to the correct address.
Again I never received a confirmation email. Meanwhile, I checked the tracking information and I saw that it was still en route to Austin Texas. The address in the state where I no longer reside.
So I called them again. This time I got someone different and I told him of the situation and he seemed to have it right there in the records.
I said then that I would prefer them to cancel or return the money to me because I’m obviously not receiving the product because it’s on the way to Austin. I also said if there’s a chance it gets shipped to me then that’s great but if not, please refund me and he said yes he would do that. I never received a refund And I just saw that it was shipped to Austin Texas yesterday.
I also decided to email them and ask them what was going on. They proceeded to go back-and-forth and never find a solution claiming that needed to call logistics while never providing the number it’s just been a whole nightmare and a waste of time and energy so I would really like a refund. I purchased replacement headlight bulbs for my 2019 Kia Sedona. The bulbs selected were recommended by the vendors website and were guaranteed to fit. When I tried to install the headlights bulbs in accordance with the instructions provided they required an adapter which was not provided.
I contacted the supplier and they wanted me to go to an automotive supplier and purchase an adapter which I do not have time to do and I am not confident I will find an adapter which will work correctly in my vehicle. I requested a return authorization number and the supplier wants me to ship the product back at my own expense.
I do not think I should pay for shipping when their product was defective and not as advertised.Initial Complaint

i bought a set of bulbs from this company and after i got the bulbs i found that they do not switch to high beam as they are supposed to. i have talked to them and they dont care but want me to send back bulbs for them to check the bulbs out and then make a decision if i can get my money back. all i wanted was a replacement but they wont do that until they get the old bulbs back which leaves me out of being able to use my vehicle at night until i get my other bulbs. all they had to do was charge me again for the bulbs if i didnt return the old ones once i had my replacement but they are too stupid to figure that out. i hope this company goes out of business because i am tired of places getting away with ripping people off.Initial Complaint

I ordered a kit of lights that included Headlights,High beams,& Fog lights, initially the incorrect fog lights were sent out but I contacted support and got that dealt with them on December 8th I reached out to support to get a replacement because one of the headlights blew out. After a short back and forth with support we reach a solution of them sending out a replacement bulb, and I was told 1-3 days for shipping info to be provided. It has now been 5 days and I've reached out 3 times to try and resolve the issue yet I have received no response. I just want either my money back or a replacement bulbInitial Complaint

Purchased July 1,2024 Price $107.99 Provided car light bulbs I returned the product they will not return my refund, they keep asking for information everytime I send what they ask for they will ask for something else, the last thing they asked for is the tracking number and the receipt I sent that. Ordered a set of led lights 2 weeks ago but they didnt fit as described so i tried to open a return ticket but there is no way to do so on their web site and their customer support email and phone number will not answer. Entered the information on their website (Vehicle Make, Model, Year, etc) and their website showed me the headlight replacement bulbs and stated Guaranteed Fit, also returnable.
Received the headlights and they will not fit my vehicle. I have contacted Customer Service who I explained my issue with and they stated they would have a supervisor contact me. That has not happened, and I have left 3 voice mail messages asking for a supervisor to contact me and this has not happened.Initial Complaint

I want a return address for I can send some lights back for I can get my money back from sea light. I get them to send me a email with a return address from them.

The dimming of the LED headlights started within the last 12 months. I purchased the headlights off of Amazon.com. I emailed the Sealight LED and they took quite a few days to respond but, they did respond. Sealight Rep. Wendy said that they would not do a warranty exchange nor would they give me a refund. I paid $69.99 before tax for 6500K Cool White LED headlights. Sealight specifically points out to the customer that the lights are far brighter than OEM headlights. There is no way that the headlights should be dimming now. The driver side is so dim that it’s impossible to see clearly when driving at night. And the passenger side is dimmer than usual but not unsafe. Sealight Rep Wendy offered to give me $5.00 dollars after I show Sealight proof of purchasing another set of Sealight headlights. I said no that’s not okay. Wendy sends me another email saying that they will give $10.00 dollars after showing receipt of purchasing another set of Sealight headlights. Issue with getting a defective product replaced they sold it on Amazon and now have issues after 30 days Amazon refuses to replace and the same with sealight it's a manufacturer defect that none will assist with theres parts missing to keep the bulb in the headlight and it keeps falling out everyday 5-6 times a day I have to physically reinstall.the bulb every day to be able to drive at night here's the response from sealight and Amazon on the issue
