I used the contact form on the website. I had no sooner clicked send when I received a phone call. I described my small job and within an hour Ken was at my home. And within an hour the work was done. He was professional and personable but focused on the task at hand. His rate was reasonable. I am very pleased and will call again with any future needs.

5 starsI had the best experience with Thomson Electric. The communication with Ken was thorough and thoughtful, even though we experienced delays out of our control due to the utility company. He kept me updated and showed emails from the utility company with statuses so I knew what was happening and when. He also did a great job with immaculate attention to detail.
I will be using Thomson Electric for any and all residential needs moving forward!
