      BBB: Ive attached a Word document including the text of all messages exchanged, in chronological order. My detailed, emailed letter to the manager, Sundown ** is the first of the messages.During March, 2023, my wife and I were towing our ** trailer near ******, ********** when a trailer wheel bearing failed. I arranged a repair at Sundown RV Center in ******. On March 29, 2023, the repair was done. We then towed the ** **** miles to *********, ******, arriving at our home ** resort on April 01, 2023. The trailer was idle until November 17, 2023. In October, 2023, I replaced the bearings on the other wheels to avoid future failures. To ensure safety, my wife asked me to check the work Sundown RV Center had done. I discovered that Sundown ** had failed to remove a steel washer tool they used when reassembling the ** wheel hub. As a result, that steel wheel and wheel balancer disc were damaged beyond repair. I purchased and installed a new steel wheel to replace the ruined wheel so we could travel. On December 08, 2023, now in ****, **, I sent a detailed email letter and photographs to the manager at Sundown **. On the same day, the manager acknowledged my letter via e-mail, writing, Hello, I received your email. I'll will review it and get back to you next week. He didnt get back to me. On December 21, 2023, I asked the manager, via email, When will you respond to the subject matter of my email? He replied on December 22, 2023, writing, Hello, I'm still working on that for you. We have a 90 day labor warranty but I'm still going to try and work something out for you I should have an answer next week. No one at Sundown ** has contacted me since, and the manager has not responded to further email messages. I seek reimbursement of $194.16 USD as detailed in my letter. Damage from careless repair began immediately, complete in 3 days. No statement of limitation of warranty on invoice/receipt, nor website, nor orally, nor any signage noticed at the premises.
