    I had a tooth filling break which was done on a tooth which did not have any enamel on it since birth. They told me if anything happened in 12 months then it would be on them, it's been 8 and it broke. I called them and they said I would have to come in and pay full price again for it to be fixed. That's not fair with what they had told me.

    This business took a full set of X-rays of my teeth and build my insurance company and then took the exact same set of X-rays again on the next visit and build me personally for them. They double-build for the same product. Also each time I visit this dentist they told me there was a different issue with my tooth, one visit it was decay in a cavity in the next visit they say no Decay but a crack and one visit they told me I need a root canal the next visit they told me I just need a crown. They do not know what they are doing. Thirdly when you see the doctor the first thing they had you do is digitally sign a pad at the counter they do not tell you what you are signing because they are looking at it on their computer facing the other way. They do not provide you of copy of anything you are signing but simply tell you to sign the pad numerous times and then you could see the doctor. There should be illegal. I have no idea what I am signing.

    WARNING, these people are immoral.Sierra Smiles Dental Group in ******, ** tried to shame me and my family into spending money for services they claimed were not covered by my insurance. $300+ to get my teeth cleaned, above what my insurance would pay.When I would not go for their up-sale, they turned me into a collection agency claiming that I had not paid them, when all along it was their error in bookkeeping because I had paid them.Even after I sent them a digital receipt of my payment and they acknowledged a zero balance, they have yet to stop the collections agency from harassing me.When I mentioned to their operations manager that no one from Sierra Smiles has ever even apologized for their error, she said it would do no good for her to apologize because she has no control over the office operations, and she was going to end the call now because there was nothing she was going to do.
