****, the technician, was prompt and professional. He asked what the previous technician from another company had done and why he was convinced that the problem was with the circuitboard. Even though Spoors brought a replacement circuit board with them, their office worked with the manufacturer to ensure my nine-year-old system was under warranty, which ended up saving me $600. **** from Spoors quickly diagnosed the problem that a simple cleaning of a small duct resolved. The circuit board wasnt even needed. I appreciate Mikes honesty and knowledgeable expertise.

***** and **** took the time to make sure my very old a/c was running smoothly. They installed a new smart thermostat and explained how to use it, and politely and clearly answered all my questions.
