    Date was Sept 1, 2023 ************************* was the owner. He died on Sept 5, 2023. ***** had a living trust making me the benefiter. The manager ************************************* said "I did not need to pay rent until mobile home was sold" I agreed. *****************************, realtor sells 90% of mobile home in Rock Creek. I had listing agreement with ******** and she would not have open houses. I wanted another realtor and she agreed. These made ******* angry because I fired her friend real estate person, ********.******* started putting 3 day notice to pay rent and 60 day notice to terminate possession to ************************* who died. I do not understand how she expected a dead man to pay?No invoices were received. I have emails asking ******* for invoices and she does not respond.******* told *************************, realtor he could not list in multiple listing. He did not renew his contract with me because of ******* rule about the listing. How do you expect him to stay and work for me if he could not sell the property? I got another agent ********************* and the same thing happened. I contacted ********************* of ******* and ********************** They told me the manager does not have any say about the mobile home property be list in multiple listings. As a result of ******* the property has not sold. I would like all charge to be credited because of the difficult ******* caused.
