Absolutely atrocious treatment of animals and customers alike. Even still with a denial, no apology and no refund. Horrifying experience, with more people making similar claims in the community. Will be very vocal to anyone in the community about terrible customer service, no refund for next to nothing done, terrifying treatment of puppy. table and was hanging by her neck. The woman then told me not to touch my dog or help my dog in anyway. I push past the woman to get my dog down and we ran out of their leaving the payment of $80 behind that shouldve never been paid in the first place because the service was barely started despite having my dog for three hours. My heart is absolutely broken my poor puppy is so traumatized that she wont eat and has been hiding in my room ever since. I cant imagine what happened while i wasnt there for those first three hours. She was only shampooed and had 2 minutes of a horrific butchering with clippers. $80 should be refunded as the only service performed was abuse. She provided no forms to fill out, no receipts or records of anything. I have only my bank withdrawal next door and phone records. I have since notified animal control. I would like to have my full refund mailed back to me and no contact from this woman.
