Absolutely horrible management and I have been harassed and unfairly treated by management and I have a income based apartment and reported immediately when I was fired to get a recertification ASAP on August 26th and yet my appointment was scheduled for a week later causing a new month of rent due and as of 10/07/2024 my recertification still has not been completely finished due to management taking time so now I'm 2 months behind on rent due to no fault on my behalf yet when I do a recertification for increased income recertifications are completed and take effect in less than 30 days yet 43 days after losing my job and having worked 0 days and 0 hours since 08/23/2024 i have not gotten my rent updated and I have been charged rent based as if I were working and it is totally unacceptable and I do not and will not accept the incorrect rent amount being charged and demand this management company investigate and correct the actions that have been taken against me and remove the rent being charged to me due to the on-site manager being lazy and intentionally trying to get me evicted for failure to pay rent when I should not have been charged in the 1st place cbm group has been the worst management company to run the colusa greens apartments and have a terrible on-site manager who has discriminated harassed and unfairly mistreated and made up any reason to write lease violations and violate tenant rights for going on 4 years and legal actions need to take place to and the tenants deserve to be treated equally and fairly as renters not like criminals on probation and not be getting 2 annual inspections specially if they are only 3 to 4 months apart

About Prodpect villa II apartments The manager ********************* made it that nobody can leave a message on the office phone. The phone just rings forever. I request that she allows voicemail messages so tenants can leave messages. Also, ********************* had her maintenence boyfriend follow me and stand there like a stalker when I was talking with 2 other neighbors. When the inspections come, I do not want *********************' maintenence boyfriend in my apartment due to conflict of interest. I request maintenence that is not sexually involved with the manager *********************.Lastly, I request the email address that I can communicate with ********************* and the company she works for. According to the "Three-day notice to perform covenant or quit" notice, I need to be able to leave a message on the office phone, and I need the proper email address in order to communicate within the guidelines. Please provide the email I need to lawfully communicate with the manager *********************, as well as the ability to leave a message on the office phone. Also, the manager ********************* mentally abuses the elderly and disabled, and physically abuses them by denying them access to the downstairs bathroom.

I have been residing at ******************************,s in *******, OR going on 7 years.last month I got 2 "lease violations" from our ************* daughter of former *********** also in town at their other property) . For "heavy odor of cigarette smoke." My elderly neighbor next door to me has been there longer, and smokes whenever she is awake. It stinks up my apt. every day.I have deferred complaints, and now, due to manager's bias and blind ignorance, am threatened with eviction.I have written CBM, called CBM, and gotten no response. We need, minimally, a new manager.

We have lived at City Palms in *************** for almost four years. My boyfriend (the sole income earner) is signed on the lease and I am listed as an occupant. He has paid the rent on time every single month without fail and we have had no issues until CBM became the new management company. After all these years of him as the sole lessee, they insisted that if I did not also sign the lease as fully and indivisibly responsible for the monthly payment they would refuse to renew our lease and throw us out. When we questioned why they were making this new change, they advised verbally and in writing numerous times that it was because of a "new ******* law." We asked for a copy of the law, a link to it, or even the statute, but they refused to provide it over and over again. My boyfriend, a senior citizen, consulted the local legal aid society and several real estate attorney friends who all advised there is no such law. I have offered to sign the lease as an occupant and agree to all the rules and regulations of the building, but I do not have the income to sign a legal document that says I am taking full responsibility for the payment - that would be fraud on my part since I know I have no income. When we told the management company that we checked with a few attorneys who told us no such law existed, they said they would have their attorney contact because we got an attorney. But we NEVER said we retained an attorney, only that we checked with a few because the management company refused to provide evidence of this new so-called law. They also said they would contact our landlord about the situation, but have repeatedly failed to do so. Bottom line - no such law does exist and they have been lying to us. It is disgraceful to treat good, stable tenants this way, especially a senior citizen. We are appalled, but not surprised based on all the terrible thing other tenants say about this new company.
