    Well mines is simple. I emailed RV Connection in regards to a motorhome on their lot. My email was simple. I made an offer $8,000k under what they were asking ($70,000 asking price) and told them I would like to trade in my new 2022 5th wheel camper. The response back from ************************* was my trailer wasn't worth c*** (said my trailers worth $40k while I owe 48k) and price is firm on their unit. I responded back by saying " I can't low ball you $8k but it's ok for you to low ball me for 8k?"**** responded back really nicely telling me to call anyone in the area and see what it's worth. And then finished off the email with REALITY is not FAIR!!! exclamation points included. But he wasn't done yet. he then emailed me a few seconds after that email and told me NOT NEEDING LUCK in this business. I never mentioned **** at any time in any of the previous 2 emails I sent him. That is it. I will never buy anything from these guys and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to go there and buy nothing. I have lots of friends in the ********** area and I will tell you this right now. If your looking to buy from them or visit their center, RUN! I have all emails to show this rude, disrespectful, entitled behavior. here is the problem. It's family owned. And **** is the owner from what I'm seeing. So this will go nowhere. He can act as he pleases and be rude to whoever. I'll just go elsewhere and he can rebut this all he wants. I'm just warning you guys.

    The individual emailed an unacceptable offer on my unit and asked us the trade value on his. I responded with a more than reasonable value on his. He was at least 8k upside down on his and got angry and used abrasive language. Recommend he call other local dealers for a true value. I was actually very accommodating to him and didn't share the fact that his children would probably be grown before he might have any equity. He was just upset with us because of what he owed. When I indicated that our price was firm he emailed back LOL.  I simply stated we don't run our business on luck. This guy has a chip on his shoulders and we would never do business with him anyway. Angry at the world I guess. Thanks, ****.
