    I (********* *****) initially entered the starting over **** Prison reentry program which is ARG federally funded on may 27 2024. Upon intake i was promised a ***** $ rental assistance ****** I have met the criteria which was a livable space to rent and current employment, upon transition ( Which i have). I have the savings to match the ***** and have dedicated myself to a smooth transition into society, which was asked. However upon completion of my paperwork for the ****** The administration has given me the run around and a has given me me a date to vacant the transitional home. Stating that i might not get the ***** and was denied an extension in the program because they needed new bodies for more ***** money for over-head purposes. since then the house has been almost emptied but i came to the knowledge they were taking homeless people with no **** numbers and rejecting people that fit the criteria which the initually where trying to help. I hope to get help in that my paperwork for the ***** was properly filed and that there is no foul play the program director is named *** **********. I was also greated by the program the house manager director "******" stating because of my hispanic " thugish" appearrance i could not take a morning jog in the neighborhood as i woukd frighten the neighborhood. That was in direct violation to my civil rights as i have no direct order barring me from said act. I
