    I took my company vehicle here to get the rear bumper replaced, when i picked up my vehicle, it had huge deep scrapes on the rear driver's side fender. These were not present when the vehicle was dropped off, business refuses to take responsibility for the damage caused while in their care.

    This place took my car and is making it impossible for my insurance to come pick it up
    They are crooks and are doing illegal work out of this place I was a victim of it sep 24 2022 I'm not the only one they have threatened to shoot another person , I do not want business here
    And they won't let my car go after I already signed release form

    This is a complete lie filed by the consumer. The consumer contacted us the day of her accident, for us to pick up her vehicle and bring it to our shop. The consumer and her ex husband had issues on where to take the vehicle for repairs. After the vehicle was dropped off here at our facility the consumers ex husband reached out to us to remove the vehicle from our facility. The same day we contacted**** to notify them. Due to the fact that**** is short on staff and take a while to pick up the vehicle from our facility, the consumer got upset at us for that reason. The consumer is stating that we threatened to shoot her and another person. THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I will be reporting that to the local police department for lying about something serious like that.
