Stay away from this company, they are inexperienced, crooked, and will end up costing you a lot more. We use them to pump out a septic tank at our rental property. First, they can't find the tanks but didn't say anything, they dug holes everywhere and mess up the yard, and our tenants were pissed. Then they want to charge $150/hr for the time they take to find the tank. Once they found it, they said all the lids are broken and they want $300/lid when it's normally only $100/lid. Only when we tell them that we can have someone else go out there to install the lid that they come down to $150/lid. Our tenant also told us later that they saw these guys break those lids when they dug it out. This was around the week of Christmas and New Year and we didn't want our tenants to be in a house where they can't even use the shower or the toilet so we ended up having to work with these people to let them finish the job.
A month later, the toilet and the shower started to overflow again, we thought the sewer line was clogged so we clear it then after a few weeks, it happened again. It was a nightmare. Finally, we got another plumber to come and put the camera down into the sewer line to get to the bottom of the problem. It turns out Quality Pumping didn't pump out all the tanks, the water tank is still completely full that's why things get back up.
We ended up having to hire someone else to redo the job. We tried to contact Quality Pumping to sort this out but they won't call us back or willing to do anything.
