    04/02/2024- I called taask to see what i needed to do to complete the last 4 of my 64 classes of 18 month program, for a misdemeanor dui thats 20 years old.When on the phone with the front desk girl i asked what i needed to do and she saw a footnote from a previous conversation i had the last time i tried to complete my last 4 classes. She read " says u told my co worker you dont care about the classes or if we send your case back to court" what the [f-n] didnt say was that previous conversation i told that lady i couldnt go the following day to sign a paper bcus i work and the lady threatend me with terminating my class and sending it back to court if i didnt take the next day off work and come in. So i told her " i dont care what you do im not calling in from work when i got bills rent and childsupport to pay" after saying that from the prior conversation she hung up on me, which is the same thing that happened on 4/02/2024 as soon as i tried to explain what my situation was she got smart with me told me not to inturupt her and hung up on me... so i had to drive there and ask for a print out of my case and it shows i was signed up for classes and charged for missed classes i was scheduled for **** my knowledge while working 2000 miles away in ********************** i have my last 6 months of plane flight receipts the company i worked for info and what i do saved, which is what i tried to explain to these rude unprofessional lazy woman that ***** has answering there phone *************. Jan 2020 i completed 60 of 64 classes, paid my fees in full and they shut down for covid and now with the incident written above ive somehow acrude a $270 balance for missed classes and my status is TERMINATED.Resolution im looking for is to be reinstated with my balance back to $50 for a late fee in nov 2019 and all my credits restored with only having 4 1hr reentry sessions left and allowing me to complete these classes faster than 4 months since covid created a 3 year lapse
