    Hello I sent my Truck to be fixed back in February. The *********************** as well as spark plugs and a few other details. He has had my car since then. I had to pay him almost anywhere. Between 8000 anywhere between 7000 and 8000 dollars. For this fix. My car is still sitting over at his shop on the streets, untouched and he does not communicate with me. He does not answer his phones, his phones are off. He took my money, he has my car, and at this point I don't know what to do and I really need help.Please help me

    On July 4th 2024 I took my truck my Dodge Dakota truck Too 24th lube and tune At **************** and to get my air conditioning fixed I specifically said My air conditioner leaks find the leak and fix it That was my main goal to find the league and fix it they found a little leak where you put the air conditioning stuff in I paid $400 cash 3 days later the air conditioning stopped working and So I took it back and told him all the stuff leaked out define the leak and fix it I picked my truck up a couple hours later they said there was no league stay filled it back up the very next morning it did not work again so I took it back again now they want to charge me $1500 to fix a leak

    Here is the receipt from  Automotive repair services It's not written very dark so I don't know if you can see the receipt the total amount was $407 And 57 cents If you need anything for other please let me know

    Went in for a repair on my car was charged for new parts the part was not changed the old one is still on. The mechanic said he no longer had the old part to show me he changed it out nor did he have an invoice to show me he purchased the new part to replace the old one.

    I took my truck in to have it fixed on 12/13 because it would not start. They said it was a fuel pump issue no big deal however, they did not troubleshoot why the pump was out I did pick up the truck on 12/13 around 4pm. On the 14th went to remote start on the truck and it would not start using the key fob. It did start I drove to work and I noticed that my amps did not work for the stereo and I texted him he said bring it back and h*** look at it. he said he could fix it on Friday and it would be done by noon so that I can leave on the business trip on Friday the after the promised date I had to rent a car to go out of town I left the truck there and I left the number for my brother to pick up when the truck was done possibly Sat-12/16/23 . It was not done Saturday evening evening around 5 PM. I got a text from a friend saying my truck was in the north east side of town. I replied to said no my truck is broke down. It should be at the shop by then text ***************** the owner of 24th St Tune Up. My truck was gonna call the police department. He said no he has my truck its him its OK the truck will be fine and he will get it back to me on Friday. He did not want to leave it at the shop since it lifted and possible damage could happen or catalytic converters could be stolen. So I was out of town when I got into town on Sunday we did not reply to my text or calls Monday I go to pick up my truck and come to find out it was left outside unlocked and it was ransacked by somebody. He does have video of somebody doing that and clearly opening the door without breaking anything. Theres more damage to my truck than it originally went in for including the key fob being damaged because they dropped it in the night drop off. Found out he has a *********** expired operation permit and has multiple claims against thim for similar things. I did not know of this until Monday. When all this transpired, please help. he is currently on probation with automotive industry..
