       I am rejecting this response because: They did not put my car back together when I brought them the car the check all the windows and they all worked. He's pictures of my car a few days before I took it to them the only problem I had was the driver side window would take forever to go up. These pictures have the phone time stamp this will show you they are not being truthful. This is the second time they have messed up my car . I am in the process of filing a small claim against him I just needed his last name which he provided in his statement.  I have compiled a list of complaints to where this behavior has been displayed.  My car has 44 thousand original miles and is insured for 20 thousand dollars. 






      ng them my car they checked all the windows to make sure they worked and they did. All except the front driver window. Which they repaired I left the car with them to figure what was wrong with the back window wed they called me to pick up my car and said the couldn't figure it out . I took a lyft to go get my car the owner came out and said he was going to refund my money. And he'll have my car brought out Shortly they had to put the rear panel back on . An hour and a half went by so I went back to find out what was the hold up and that's when I see my driver side door panel off I said what are you doing he said he was instructed to remove everything that had been done. I brought the parts and I paid them. I stopped them and told them not to do anything else and I took my car. My motors door panels locks everything is disassemble none off my windows work and the driver side is down they damage the door panels meesd up my seats and and never fixed the rear window

      ON AUG. 1, 2022 WILLIE ******* WAS CALLED TO PICK UP HIS **** ******** *******O B********. THE REPAIRS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER WAS SPECIFICLLY FOR THE TWO FRONT WINDOWS AND DOOR LOCK ACTUATORS. BEFORE ANY REPAIRS WERE STARTED THE CUSTOMER WAS CALLED DUE TO HIS DOOR PANEL BEING PAINTED. SINCE WE HAD TO REMOVE THEM TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. WE ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT THE PAINT THAT WAS ADDED TO HIS PLASTIC DOOR PANEL COULD POSSIBLY CHIP, IF WE REMOVED THEM. CUSTOMER STILL WANTED REPAIRS DONE TO HIS WINDOWS SO HE TOLD US IT WAS OK IF THE PAINT WAS CHIPED. SO WE CONTINUED TO PERFORM  THE REPAIRS THE WE VERIFIED THE TWO FRONT WINDOWS WERE WORKING CORRECTLY, SO AT THAT POINT OUR JOB WAS COMPLEATED. WHEN THE CUSTOMER PICKED UP HIS VEHICLE HE STARTED YELLING AND CURSING AT MY SERVICE MANAGER THAT HIS BACK WINDOWS WERE NOT WORKING. TO DEFUSE THE ARGUMENT WE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK IN, TO INSPECT THE REAR WINDOWS. FOUND PLASTIC WINDOW TRACK BROKEN AND CAUSE FOR WINDOWS TO NOT WORK. WE EXPLAINED THE ISSUE TO THE CUSTOMER AND HE GOT UPSET, SAYING IT'S OUR FAULT THAT THEY DONT WORK. WE EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WE DID NOT TOUCH THE BACK WINDOWS. MR. ******* DID NOT CARE AND WAS DEMANDING US TO FIX THE REAR WINDOWS. MR. ******* BEHAVIOR WAS BECOMING MORE AGGRESSIVE. 

       AT THIS POINT I MADE THE DECISION TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A FULL REFUND TO AVOID ANYMORE HARASSMENTS FROM THE CUSTOMER. WHEN THE CUSTOMER CAME IN ON AUG. 3, 2022. I INFORMED HIM THAT WE WILL GIVE HIM A FULL REFUND AND THAT WE WILL PUT HIS CAR BACK TO HOW IT CAME IN. THE CUSTOMER AGREED AND WAS HAPPY ABOUT THE REFUND. ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER MY SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS STILL UPSET. MR. ******* TOLD MY SERVICE MANAGER THAT HE WILL COME BACK FOR ME TO TEACH ME A LESSON. MR. ******* THEN STATED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER ( JOSE) HE DOES NOT CARE THAT HE WILL GO BACK TO  JAIL AFTER HE WAS DONE WITH ME. 
      HE THEN LEFT WITH HIS **** *******O.

      MR. ******* CAME BACK THE SAME DAY, AROUND 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND CONTINUED TO YELL AND THERATENED US. HE INFORMED US THAT HE WAS GOING TO CONTACT HIS CREDIT CARD PROVIDER AND INFORM THEM THAT WE HAVE NOT GIVEN HIM A REFUND SO HE CAN GET A DOUBLE REFUND. HE ALSO SAID HE WILL SUE FOR PUTTING HIS CAR BACK THE WAY IT WAS, SO OUR BUSINESS CAN BURN TO THE GROUND. HE STATED THAT HE WILL GET MORE THAN WHAT HE CAME FOR AFTER HE WAS DONE WITH US. THE ISSURE IS HIS VEHICLE IS VERY OLD. PARTS ARE STARTING TO GO OUT AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO WORK ON HIS VEHICLE DUE TO PART FAILURE. WE DID OUR JOB CORRECTLY. THE MAIN CONCERN OF THE CUSTOMER WAS ADDERSSED BUT THEN HE WANTED MORE FOR WHAT HE PAID AND LABOR THAT WAS NOT APPROVED BY HIM. I HAD MY SERVICE MANAGER WRITE DOWN A STATEMENT OF WHAT HAPPENED, SINCE HE WAS MOSTLY THE ONE WHO WAS HELPING MR. *******. WE ALSO HAVE THREE OTHER  WITNESSES THAT WAS HERE THAT CAN TESTIFY.
