I bought a car from this business even though the car left me stranded in ********* had to have my sister come out and give me a jump the battery was defective and then the dealer said to bring it in so they can do a tuneup which come to find out they never did anything to the car to maintaince it . The car didn't run at all so we couldn't take it to the dealership all the way in **** mind you . My sister ended up putting a brand new battery and coil packs in the car she did the nessasary repairs parts and labor costed me $400 . I recently fell behind in payments and since my sister fixed it she has some personal items in the car at the time of repossession she had her driver license. 2 bags of clothes, a cobra power bank $150 a bag of tools $300 2 Dewalt batteries $75 each my Xbox s series $500 and a wagon cart $100 and I've contacted the business and they refused to give me my siblings items back and says he don't have my items that this is the way the repo team gets their money. I'm upset these are very important to me.
