      I visited *********** Change for a routine oil change during extremely hot weather (over 100F). I was told I could not exit my vehicle during the service. I explained that I couldnt breathe properly in the heat and needed to step out for air, but the staff refused and declined to provide service after a tense back-and-forth.Despite remaining polite but firm, I was treated poorly and left without service. I followed up with a written complaint and voicemail to their customer service team, but have received no response.I am disappointed with their lack of flexibility, empathy, and follow-up. I do not recommend this location, especially for anyone who values safety, communication, and basic human respect.

      Do NOT go here: Bad detail, cracked my windshield, unprofessional, horrible customer service.
      My windshield was cracked while my car was being serviced by them, and they are denying responsibility claiming “it’s the heat and you clearly have a rock chip that I didn’t notice,” even though there was no rock chip as evidenced by their own security camera manager showed me in the middle of service. After car detailed- dash not wiped and still dusty. Manager, Nancy W******, very unprofessional. Customer service, Lisa S****, took 24 days to get back to me about windshield.
      Manager was confrontational and defensive right off the bat, refusing to file a claim. Finally got her to tell me their process for when cars are damaged while in their possession and she said, “you can file a claim but corporate will deny it.” Zero service recovery. I’m definitely not the type of person to take advantage of something like that. My car was legit damaged while in their possession. Instead of listening and acknowledging the fact that it was possible that that happened, she was super rude and unhelpful.

      It did not take 24 days for the customer to hear from me. This incident happened on Saturday July 2nd. Our office was closed for the holiday and re-opened on July 6th. I called the consumer at 3:09 on July 7th. She did not return my call until 6 days later, July 13th at 5:35. There were multiple missed calls from both parties between July 14th and July 15th. At 3:06 on July 15th, I reached the customer and asked for an e-mail address. I immediately (3:12 p.m.) sent the consumer an e-mail for the photo of her windshield. I received the photos on Sunday July 17th. I was ill and out of the office July 18, 19 & part of 20th. I e-mailed the consumer at 11:19 a.m. on July 22nd and apologized for the delay. She responded at 4:17 p.m. stating it was not a problem and if more convenient, e-mails may be easier. I sent a final e-mail on July 26th apologizing that her claim was denied by stating that the crack in the windshield was caused by a rock chip in the top of the windshield that had spread due to the different temperatures of the water, temperatures inside and outside the vehicle. I also sent her a link showing what I was explaining. The equipment did not malfunction and there was not any other damage to her vehicle.
